Everything you need to know about hosting a private Listening Room experience — from guest count and venue considerations to planning, production, and how we intentionally bring the evening to life. If your question isn’t answered here, our team will guide you through every detail with care.

  • To preserve the intimacy and acoustic integrity of the experience, we recommend a guest count of 40 or fewer. This allows every attendee to feel fully immersed, comfortable, and connected to the sound and to one another.

  • The host is responsible for securing the venue or private residence. Once confirmed, our team will collaborate with you to assess the space and transform it into an environment that supports the Listening Room’s technical and atmospheric requirements.

  • For private Listening Room experiences that require venue sourcing, design, rentals, catering, or staffing, planning and production are offered exclusively through GIAN. This ensures the experience is executed with the level of intention, flow, and detail it was created to deliver.

  • We recommend inquiring 6–8 weeks in advance to allow time for album curation, technical planning, and thoughtful preparation of the space and guest experience.

    However, we can make magic happen.

  • Ideal environments are intimate, enclosed, and acoustically supportive — with minimal external noise and the ability to control lighting. Private residences, galleries, cultural spaces, and select hospitality venues are all excellent options.

  • The album is curated in close collaboration with Joshua, based on your intention for the gathering, your audience, and the emotional journey you want to create. You may arrive with a selection in mind, or trust Joshua to guide the process.

  • Food and beverage are not included in the base experience, but we are happy to provide recommendations or coordinate catering and bar service through GIAN to ensure the offerings align seamlessly with the tone of the evening.

  • Yes. The Listening Room is available for select travel experiences. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and arranged based on the location and scope of the event.
